1. Тип подшипника 60204,60205,60305 60206, 60308. Обечайка роликов изготовляется из трубы Ø57,76, 89,102, 108, 127, 152,159 мм. Толщина стенки от3,5 мм. до 5 мм. Длина ролика от 160 до 2200 мм.
2. Корпуса подшипников изготовляются из чугуна СЧ20. . Обечайка ролика протачивается и в нее садятся и завальцовываются корпуса подшипников. Литой корпус способствует повышению соосности и долговечности . Подшипник можно менять.
3.Нагруженные поверхности роликов гладкие, не имеют вмятин, трещин, закатов и заусенцев.
4. Элементы уплотнений роликов изготавливаются литьём из высококачественных пластмасс (полиамид )
5. Ролики в сборе вращаются плавно без заеданий. Момент вращения не более 0,29 Нм.
